Commissions Information

–All prices are in US dollars.–These are entirely digital illustrations. I cannot offer illustrations in traditional media at the moment.–Please keep in mind that you cannot request changes. This is how I can keep my prices low but still offer you the best quality (since it takes less time to get the drawing done, it’s cheaper. Hope it makes sense).–NOTE: If you contact me just to try to get a drawing for a lower price or even free, I'll just block you.

HOW TO ORDER:
–Review my price list, my terms of service, and what I won’t draw.
–Send me an email with the following: 1: Type of Commission (bust, landscape, etc). 2: Number of characters, items and is a background required. 3: If you have any reference, attach them to this email. 4: Deadline (optional). If you need your illustration finished before a certain date, YOU MUST give me a specific day and at least 5 days in advance.
–When I receive your email, I will respond within 48-72 hours with a price and a rough sketch.
–You must provide an active PayPal email and your real name for invoicing purposes ^{(but you can also provide a nickname if you prefer to be addressed that way)}.
–If you want to keep your commission off social media or remain anonymous, let me know!–By emailing me, you agree to the terms of service.NOTE: Sending your email does not mean you have commissioned me. Work will not start until 24hrs after I receive your deposit._____________________________________________________________________________
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS:
–All prices are in US dollars.
–Payment is exclusively done via PayPal.
–All commissions must be paid 100% upfront.
–Commissions with a price over $250USD are eligible for partial payment in twos, and commissions over $500USD are eligible for payments in threes. The first payment must be paid upfront, and full payment is required for your piece to be sent to you.
–For 25% extra of your final price, I can add the Lineart and Grisaille versions to your final file (think of it, you'd get 3 versions of your commission instead of just one!).
–After the deposit, I'll wait 24hrs before starting your commission. You have the right to a full refund in this time period.
–If I am in the process of working and you change your mind, I will refund the amount that I feel is suitable depending on the progress done before the timing of the refund is requested.
–No refunds after the commission is completed, no exceptions._____________________________________________________________________________
WORK PROCESS:
–We’ll discuss your commission through email. We will agree on a price and a estimated time of production.
–You will have 1 week to respond and pay, or risk being bumped back into a queue. I will make an effort to reach out beforehand, but you must respond in a timely manner.
–24hrs after I get the payment, you’ll receive a rough sketch. You can request changes only this time.
–Any major changes requested after the final version (pose, composition, new idea) will result in compensation for my time, so please be 100% sure you’re satisfied with the initial rough sketch before we continue!
–If you really need any changes after the final work is completed, I'll charge $10 for any extra requested changes (if they're too extreme I might charge more).
–Once the commission is completed and extra payments paid, you will receive your artwork as a full sized TIFF file (which is the best file to preserve your piece), at 300dpi resolution, in RGB print-safe color._____________________________________________________________________________
TERMS OF SERVICE:
–All communication in regards to commissions is solely through email.
–I am currently only accepting commissions for personal use that are non-commercial.
–I have the right to refuse any commission request. I might refuse a commission if I’m too busy or the request might be too complicated or not something I am comfortable with producing.
–You retain the right to use the commissioned artwork publicly ONLY for your own personal use , you can use your commissioned work as a social media profile picture, icon, banner, cellphone case, T-shirt, card, etc. so long as it’s solely for your own personal enjoyment (or a gift), and not making money off it.
–Please provide full written credit to me whenever you do so (a link to my carrd account with my name/username is highly encouraged and appreciated!).–I retain copyright to the artwork itself, but not the character/s depicted.
–I have the right to and will use commission artwork for promotional purposes of my work (basically add it to my portfolio), unless otherwise stated by the commissioner in writing.
–I may eventually put Fan Art commissions (unless it's fanart of something you own) at my print shop for sale (but again, I will never sell pieces including your original characters).
–I reserve the common-law copyright to all works commissioned that are created by me, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. You may reproduce no work without my prior written consent. This means you would retain rights to your own characters you create, but I would retain the right to any drawing of them you commission me to create.–Re-selling the artwork for personal profit is strictly prohibited, a copyright transfer will need to be discussed.
